In early 2019, Co-Founders Deb and Haley took a leap of faith and started D. Whitney Consulting, an organizational culture consulting business that focuses on designing Inspired Human Connection at work.

At D. Whitney Consulting, our goal is to serve as fractional leaders, bringing mentally healthy practices into Human Resource strategy by serving as advisors who roll up our sleeves and get work done. Despite our unlucky timing of launching just prior to a pandemic, we were very fortunate to connect with friends old and new and have enjoyed double- and triple-digit growth year after year. It's incredible to reflect on the journey of growth, learning, and innovation we have had in the last 5 years.

Our company has cultivated strong relationships with clients, built on trust and a shared vision for excellence and driven by our incredibly talented team, whose dedication and expertise have been instrumental in our success. Each project has been an opportunity to co-create with leaders, managers, and employees... and even a few of our client’s clients joined in the fun!
